How we route inquiries

Business inquiries are handled through the commercial intake route. WatchU support requests are routed to the support mailbox, and media requests are directed to the media mailbox.

If your request does not clearly fit one of those categories, you can use the general company email and sabs will route it internally.

sabs provides an initial email response within 24 hours for public inquiries.
