Information we may receive

If you contact sabs through public email channels or other direct business outreach, we may receive your name, business email, organization, and role. We may also receive your message content and any information you choose to share with us.

We may also receive limited technical data that is normally generated when you visit a website, such as browser, device, and connection information needed to deliver the site.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to business inquiries and route requests to the appropriate sabs team. We also use it to provide support, maintain the site, and protect our services, systems, and users.

We do not publish phone, WhatsApp, address, or registration details that have not been confirmed for public release.

Website services and third parties

This website serves its web fonts as part of the deployed application build. By default, rendering core pages does not require a connection to third-party font infrastructure.

If sabs later adds analytics, forms, or additional third-party services, this notice should be updated before those tools are relied on as part of the live site.

Retention and security

sabs keeps inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for business follow-up, record-keeping, security, and legal obligations.

No website can promise absolute security. sabs aims to handle inquiry information with appropriate technical and organizational care for the current site scope.
